Name: Palmetto Mile "Jill"
Color: White/Black
Gender: Female
Born: February 15, 2006
Comments: Irish Born.  Jill is a real sweetheart.  She’s always happy to see me after work and her tail is always wagging.  She’s housebroken and loves toys of any kind.  She’s smart and a bit shy in new situations.  Once she gets to know you, she’ll stand for hours for pets and ear scritches.  She plays well with our other greyhounds and loves toys and pillows.  She’s spayed and up to date on shots, is heartworm and worm free.

Foster Family Remarks: “Hello my name is Harry.  I just turned 2 years old on April 2nd and I am looking for a nice and loving home where I can spend my retirement.  I have a very friendly personality even though I am shy.  I love to be around other dogs and I have been having a great time playing with my new friends.  I enjoy retirement and I love getting lots of love and affection from my human friends too!  I love other animals whether they are small or large.  Since I have been at my foster home, I have been staying in my crate in the evenings and when my foster parents aren’t home which is just fine with me!  I take the time to rest and love to chew bones while I’m in the crate.  As you may be able to tell from my pictures, I have a beautiful brindle coat and my eyes are light brown to match.  I am neutered and typically go outside to potty.  If you are a family that has the time to teach me how to enjoy my retirement off of the track and who wants to give and receive a lot of love, then I’m the boy for you!  Please call and get more information because I’d sure like to find my new home.”
